5K Training Program
NEW!:This 6 week training program is designed to prepare you for the A Mountain 5k taking place on Sunday, October 30th. All levels are welcome to participate while challenging yourself to increase speed and distance each week!
The Program will run every Tuesday and Thursday starting September 7th and ending October 12th. Tuesday will meet from 6:15-7:15 p.m. and Thursday will meet from 8-9 a.m. Please meet at the main check-in desk of the Student Recreation Center.
