NEW!: Seeking an efficient workout to add to your busy schedule including cardio and strength all at once. Spend 1 day per week focusing on functional strength training using the TRX suspension bands while incorporating stability and core work, while continuously moving to the beat of the music.  Then spend 1 day per week focusing on cardiovascular endurance training using the cycle bikes.
