Foundations of Mindfulness
Stress can be overwhelming, but it doesn't have to be. Join us for an exploration of power of your mind to create the ability to be fully present, engaged, and at greater ease in your life. In this introduction to mindfulness practices, participants will learn skills and approaches to living that have been tested both by time and science to increase resilence and manage stress, while deepening appreciation for embodied living. Sessions will be led by Leslie Langbert, LCSW (FL) RYT 500, Executive Director for Compassion Studies, and experienced meditation and mindfulness facilitator.
