  • UA Fit 30-Day Challenge: Free Online Wellness Program

    The Road to Wellness starts January 22. UA Faculty/Staff/Students are invited to track their daily habits and fitness/wellness.

These running programs will help you prepare for 5K and 10K races or to begin a new running program. You do not need to be planning on running a race to participate! All levels are welcome to participate while challenging yourself to increase your speed and distance each week. This program will meet at the front steps of the Student Recreation Center to begin. Running routes will vary throughout the program and the indoor track will be used in inclement weather. Dress appropriately. 

5K Training

This 6 week training program is designed to prepare you for the Sprint into Spring 5k taking place on Sunday, March 4th. You do not have to be running in the race to participate in the training.  All levels are welcome to participate while challenging yourself to increase speed and distance each week!

10K Training

NEW!: This training program is designed to help you prepare for Dr. Gann's Diet of Hope Cinco de Mayo 10K! This 6-week training program extends beyond the 5k program to prepare you for the race scheduled Sunday, May 6th. You do not have to participate in the run to sign-up for the Small Group Training. All levels are welcome to participate while challenging yourself to increase speed and distance each week!
