Have you wanted to start a weight training program but simply don't know what to do or how to begin? Strong Women I is designed to help you learn about the proper exercise techniques and programming for weight training. Through working with a Personal Trainer in a small group setting, participants will be motivated to strengthen their full body in a non-competitive environment while learning how to sustain their new lifestyle. Beginners are encouraged to participate however all fitness levels are welcome! (ALL)
