Chinese traditional practices of well-being led to the creation of this centuries-old practice combining martial arts and mind-body wellness. Smooth, flowing motions throughout space allow practitioners to master their ability to peacefully and effortlessly move & redirect energy. Students will learn Tai-Chi (Taiji Quan) essential techniques, and Chen style Tai-Chi old frame routine 2.

Mr. Chaofei Wang is affiliated with the Songshan Shaolin Wushu College. He was born in Dengfeng City which is the birthplace of traditional Chinese martial arts and has been exposed to martial arts since childhood. Master Wang has over 12 years of experience in Wushu professional training.
