This 3-part series is taught by credentialed art therapist, counselor, and yoga instructor Jodi Gonzales. Jodi is the author of Inner Muse Makeover and The Art + Yoga of 12 Step Step Recovery, as well as the founding member of the Salus Institute, LLC and Art + Yoga Wellness. Each 90-minute class combines creativity and gentle yoga and is founded on evidence-based techniques informed by how the brain and nervous system work.
