What is aquatics?
With an extraordinary Olympic-sized pool, the Aquatics program at Campus Rec strives to meet the needs of students, faculty/staff and the surrounding community. Through a variety of classes, programs and services, Aquatics focuses on fitness, health and safety, competition, and leisure.

AquaCub Lessons
This is a progressive swim lesson program where kids will learn swimming skills at their entry level and then after passing the skills check list they can progress to the next level. Each child learns at their own rate and repeating a level is normal for the learning process of swimming. We are happy to be able to offer sessions that either meet one day or two days per week depending on your schedule, please note prices will vary accordingly.
- Parent/Child (6 months – 2 years)
- Preschool (3-5 years)
PS Level 1 – 3 - Youth (5 – 11 years)
Levels 1 – 5 - AquaCub Club (7-14 years)

Adult Lessons
Whether you need to learn the essential basics of swimming or want to advance your technique and stroke, we have a class for you! With adult group lessons, you will have time for practicing skills while getting immediate feedback from your instructor.
