  • Locker Rooms Closed for Summer

    The locker rooms are closed throughout the summer for renovation. Temporary shower trailers on the pool deck and day lockers are available.
  • Pool Opening Late: Sun., June 25 @ 12 Noon

    Due to the impact of overnight contruction, the pool will open late on Sunday, June 25. Pool hours will be 12p to 8p that day.
  • No "Open Rec" This Week at Bear Down

    Due to the summer heat, Open Rec at Bear Down will be canceled for the rest of the week. Keep cool and come to the pool instead!
  • Activity Classes This Summer... It's not too late to try something new!

    Aikido (Japanese Martial Arts) classes start next week. Bachata & Salsa Latin Dance, and Military Combat Arts (self defense) start July 11.

HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. This is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and push your boundaries. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided. (INT)
