Choose from one of the following massage types:

Cupping Therapy: An ancient form of alternative medicine that involves a Licensed Massage Therapist putting special cups on the skin for a few minutes to create suction to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and used as a type of deep-tissue massage.
Craniosacral Therapy: Massage technique that uses light touches to the skull, face, spine and pelvis to increase focus and balance as well as decreasing headaches/migraines and stress.
Deep Tissue: Moderate to deep pressure massage that targets deeper, sore muscles. Its purpose is to relieve tension and pain.
Myofascial Release: Massage that applies pressure to the myofascial connective system to eliminate restrictions, pain, and restore range of motion.
Sports Massage: Massage that incorporates compression, stretching, and range of motion exercise to prevent and heal injuries.
Swedish: Light to medium pressure massage. This is a very fluid and gliding massage designed to help you relax.
