60 minute Individual Personal Training is available in packages of 1, 5, 10, 15, or 20.
30 minute Individual Personal Training is available in packages of 5 or 10.
60 minute Buddy Personal Training is available in packages 5, 10, 15, 20. Group of 2
60 minute Small Group Personal Training is available for 12 week sessions! Meet once, twice, or three times per week in a group of 3-6 individuals. Sessions can begin at any time during a semester.

Assessments: With the purchase of any package for Personal Training, your first session will be a Fitness Assessment to fit your needs and goals. This is the best way for the Trainer to get to know you, your goals, and your current physical activity level so that they can best plan your program for the future.
Meet A Trainer: Every other Tuesday during the semester from 6-7 pm a Personal Trainer is available for quick assessments or to answer any questions about your fitness. Visit the Trainer located at the entrance of the weight room on designated Tuesday's!
Individuals who are interested in Personal Training packages can sign up on the website, at the Front Desk, or at the registration office. New Clients will be automatically sent healthy history information to thoroughly complete and send to the Assistant Director of Fitness and Wellness. Health history information will give clients an opportunity to ask questions, address concerns, and make a preference on their personal trainer. All sessions will be scheduled between the client and Personal Trainer within 24 hours after returning the health history information.
