Are you interested in getting a quick, 30 minute workout in with a Personal Trainer?! If you are looking for a cost effective way to get in shape and want to learn new methods of exercising, this package is perfect for you! Training sessions are held with a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer and will help you achieve goals in a small amount of time! These sessions are great for anyone!! During these sessions, clients will be able to get a full body workout in which incorporates cardiovascular training and muscle endurance!

Clients will be responsible for warming up and cooling down before and after the sessions! Sign up today!
