Personal Aquatic Training
Learn how to use the water besides swimming laps to increase your fitness level. Together we will develop a workout regimen that fits your needs and lifestyle. The workout can include a progressive warm up, plyometric training, deep water running that is fun and can improve your running on land, strength training and recovery techniques all in a 30 min workout.
