    Sign up children for 1 or more days at the Rec's licensed camp, Jan. 2-5. Healthy cooking, campus explorations, arts/crafts, & more!

Learn how to use the water besides swimming laps to increase your fitness level. Together we will develop a workout regimen that fits your needs and lifestyle. The workout can include a progressive warm up, plyometric training, deep water running that is fun and can improve your running on land, strength training and recovery techniques all in a 30 min workout. The workout will be customized to you specifically then emailed out so you have an electric copy for future reference. Bring a a friend or buddy for only $15 more.
