Abbey is a sophomore majoring in Nutritional Sciences with a minor in Biochemistry. She is a CertifiedPersonal Trainer through ACE and is passionate about health and fitness. Whatever your personal fitness level is, Abbey is confident and excited to work with you and help you achieve your goals. She recognizes that each individual is unique, and will provide you with all the right tools to help you succeed.

Hayley is a senior at UA majoring in Public Health and minoring in Nutrition. She has been working at the Campus Recreation center since her sophomore year and is now a Fitness Supervisor. She is currently working on her certification to be a personal trainer for ACE. Although she is at the Rec Center at all hours of the day, in her spare time she combines her passion for fitness and health by hiking, running, lifting weights and is currently training for a bike trip through the Dolomites in Europe over the summer.
