This package is ideal for those who want to measure their current status and learn how to advance their fitness level. Campus Recreation is now offering a 45 minute assessment and personal training session. The assessment will cover a wide variety of tests and protocols to measure your fitness level. The session will be an all inclusive, hour long workout that will help you to reach your fitness goals. Whether you are looking for baseline data or want to see how far you have come, this package can help you!
