A Personalized program will be designed based on your specific goals while taking into account your current fitness level and your health history. Our personal trainers will motivate you to take the necessary steps to look and feel better. Today, take your first step toward your vision making the new and better version of you a reality. After your package purchase, a personal trainer will contact you to set up your first appointment. All personal training session, unless otherwise noted, are 60 minutes long and will take place at Campus Recreation. Sessions are valid for one calendar year. All Personal Trainers are National Certified and hold CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications. Note: fees listed are per session.
