  • Locker Rooms Closed until Mid September

    The renovation continues; FIND shower trailers on pool deck, day lockers in hallways & more restrooms at Sitton Field (6-9a, 3-7p) & OR lot.
  • Free Group Fitness Week: Aug. 21-25 (Mon-Fri)

    Sample 2 different classes each day, 5:30p & 6:30p, in Room B. Try 1 or all 10, and get a taste of what's in store for Fall Group Fitness.
  • Intramural Sports Season A Registration Open

    Sign up by Aug. 31 for 3v3 Bball, Flag Football, Battleship, Golf, In. Soccer, Lawn Games, Pickleball, Sand Vball, Tennis, Ultimate & more!

Unfamiliar with the Weight Room? Unsure of how to adjust the equipment? Nervous you might break policies without even knowing it? Not sure what equipment is available? Campus Recreation now offers Weight Room Orientations.  These orientations are to help familiarize you with the Weight Room. Learn what equipment and services we offer, where everything is located, how to adjust equipment, and the weight room policies. To get an orientation, simply ask one of the Weight Room staff working and they will be happy to assist you. This service is free to all patrons and available anytime during regular hours of operation.

  • Drop In Orientations:  Ask any Weight Room Attendant for an orientation at any time.
  • Custom Orientations: See the personal training page for information on custom orientations taught by personal trainers that will help you get started and progress on your own.
