What Are Activity Classes?

Activity Classes are non-credit, instructional courses that focus on experiential learning, skill building, and the mind-body connection.  These classes offer patrons the chance to explore new interests for personal growth, fulfillment and fun.  Programs range across the spectrum, from dance and self-defense to cooking and general wellness.

Specialty fitness

Specialty Fitness classes are progressive, session-based programs that build upon the activities/accomplishments of one class to next.  This format requires patron commitment (as compared to the informal/drop-in structure of the Group Fitness Pass program) in order to achieve a goal or result within a fixed period of time, normally 4-6 weeks.  Program areas include weight loss, group personal training, weightlifting, yoga/pilates and running.
