Drop-In Stand Up Paddleboard-Fit
Get a conditioning workout that you would usually get in a Group Fitness class, but in the water! Stand-Up Paddleboard Fit (SUP-Fit) will use the paddle board and water to take you through a cardio and strength training full body workout. Don't think you have good balance? That’s okay! In this class it is okay to fall off of your board and enjoy a cool-down in the water.
