NEW! Get a conditioning workout that you would usually get in a Group Fitness classroom, but in the water! SUP Fit will use the paddleboards in the Rec pool to take you through a cardio and strength training full body workout. Don't think you have good balance? That’s okay! In this class it is okay to fall off of your board and enjoy a cool-down in the water.
