This Krav Maga program is a multileveled experience organized into progressive academies. Krav Maga was developed from the following principles, and these drive the authenticity of the Krav Maga Academies:

  • Methods developed to suit everyone (no experience needed)
  • Respect for others and peace-loving conduct (we are a positive and supportive community, not brawlers)
  • Avoidance of undue or unjustified use of force (we train safely)
  • Use of natural movements and reactions for defense (no drill & kill)
  • Defenses include immediate and decisive counterattacks (no wasted energy)
  • Primary focus is to survive an attack while sustaining minimal harm
  • Mouthguards are required for all combatives techniques academies

If you are new to our Krav Maga program, start with KMCC. This academy provides the foundation for the movements and techniques that develop over our program. Direct all questions about academies to instructor: barandmatfitness@gmail.com
