Strong Women II
Strong Women II offers progression in strength training knowledge through working with a Personal Trainer. Workouts are designed to condition the female body in a small, supportive, non-competitive group setting. Participants can expect to utilize an array of exercise equipment, and will gain further knowledge in goal setting, weight training fundamentals, and methods to sustain their new lifestyle. Recommended for those who have completed Strong Women, however all females interested in elevating their strength training level are welcome!
