Want to train others to become a lifeguard? This is the course for you!
The primary purpose of the American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor course is to train instructor candidates to teach the American Red Cross Lifeguarding, Shallow Water Lifeguarding, and Aquatic Attraction Lifeguarding courses.
The Lifeguard Instructor course incorporates online and classroom components that focus on knowledge, administration, teaching, and evaluating skills for success in teaching the American Red Cross Lifeguard Training class.
This class is a blended learning class and requires a swim skills test as well as both online and on-site learning sessions. Registered participants will be sent instructions to access online learning portal to email account on file prior to class start date.
Skill sessions of this course will be situated in various locations on the pool, pool deck and in the Outdoor Conference Room. Check out the links below for more information on all of those locations.
