Learn how to use the water (other than for swimming laps) to increase your fitness level. Together, we will develop a workout regimen that fits your needs and lifestyle.
The workout can include a progressive warm up, plyometric training, deep water running that can improve your running on land, strength training, and recovery techniques; all in a 30-minute workout. The workout will be customized to you specifically, then emailed so you can have an electric copy for your future reference. Bring a friend or buddy for only $15 more. This program follows the Campus Rec No Refund Policy.
Once registration is completed, the Aquatic Staff will review your information and begin finding an instructor to best match your swimming/ training background, goals, and schedule. At times this process can take two weeks at the most. Our priority is to find an instructor who is best suited to your preferences and training needs!
