What is the challenge program?

Campus Recreation's state-of-the-art Challenge Program is a customized experience for your organization. Our staff work to develop programs that serve individual and group needs with specific goals in mind.

Opportunity for growth

The Challenge Program provides a significant and empowering opportunity for growth because we take the time to ask what you want to accomplish. We will conduct a needs assessment to determine the experiences that will best help your team meet their goals, rather than using a "one size fits all" approach.

Problem Solving skills

In a high-potential, extremely positive environment, your teams will be challenged to solve problems by seeking solutions. Team members will strategize collaboratively, creating plans and implementing lessons learned through their challenge experience. Facilitators will intentionally debrief initiatives, focusing on the transfer of new insight and knowledge to actual challenges faced at work.

state of the art facilities

Our unique low and high ropes courses were constructed in March 2011, and offer powerful learning experiences with the help of trained facilitators. We are able to accommodate groups of a variety of sizes and populations. Our course offers an indoor meeting area, catered food services, covered dining areas and other amenities, while providing your group with a year round setting in a productive and stimulating environment.

LOCATION

The Challenge Program is located at the Rincon Vista Sports Complex, 1 mile southeast of Campus.  2300 E. 15th St., Tucson, AZ 85719
