Join our family of defenders! Challenge yourself in conditioning for fighting fitness, and learn combatives techniques and applications for real life self-defense. The primary goal of this academy is breadth, so you'll be exposed to a wide variety of defensive training.
This is not an appropriate training experience for those who would like to work out casually or on a drop-in basis.
Classes include training that may be emotionally or mentally stressful for some. Your overall SAFETY is of the utmost importance in the training environment.
