Strength For Self Defense

Ever notice how many fighters are ripped, even in their off season? Whether you are training for combat or general fitness, you can condition your body like a fighter! Work at your level to make personal gains. This academy is progressive, which means physical expectations grow over the term. This is not an appropriate training experience for those who would like to work out casually or on a drop-in basis.
