Strong Women

Have you wanted to start a weight training program but simply don't know where to begin? Strong Women is designed to help you learn, develop, or build upon proper exercise techniques and programming for resistance training. Through working with a Personal Trainer in a small group setting, participants will motivated to strengthen their full body in a non-competitive environment while learning how to sustain and develop a long term resistance training program. All fitness levels are welcome!
