Strong Women+: Fall 2023

This well-being and self-efficacy-focused workshop will explore the science behind why resistance training is so important and what physical adaptations occur as a result of consistent strength training. This workshop will also bring you onto the weight room floor to practice techniques and gain an orientation of the space, which is often described as "intimidating." This workshop will be in four parts focusing on each individual foundational lift but can be attended based on the individual's training desires and needs.
