Payroll Deduction Memberships
Permanent benefits-eligible employees of the University of Arizona are eligible to utilize payroll deduction. The payroll deduction option for employees with less than .75 FTE may be discontinued at any time at the discretion of the Department of Campus Recreation. Payroll deduction memberships are ongoing, meaning that they do not expire.
Employees opting to pay their membership via payroll deduction are required to continue the membership for at least one year. After the first year, the membership will continue until the member completes the required cancelation paperwork at the front desk of the Recreation Center. The payroll deduction rate is based upon the Annual Membership rate divided by the number of deduction-eligible paychecks the employee receives each year. The rate is subject to increase as the membership rate is increased.
