New!: This cardio and strength class will utilize partner and individual work to get a full body and dynamic workout. It will bring elements of kickboxing, Muay Tai, and Ju Jitsu. Much of the conditioning work will come from the kickboxing and Muay Tai combos, with strength training coming from the Ju Jistu and Muay Tia work. Common body weight exercises will also be performed to help you progress through the martial arts skills to gain strength and mobility.
