Personal Aquatic Training
Learn how to use the water, besides swimming laps, to increase your fitness level. Together, we will develop a workout regimen that fits your needs and lifestyle.
The workout can include a progressive warm up, plyometric training, deep water running that is fun and can improve your running on land, strength training, and recovery techniques, all in a 30-minute workout. The workout will be customized to you specifically, then emailed out so you have an electric copy for future reference. Bring a a friend or buddy for only $15 more. This program follows the Campus Rec No Refund Policy.
Once registration is completed the Aquatic Staff review your client information and begin finding an instructor to best match your swimming/ training background, goals, and schedule. While we start this process right away we do ask for a transition period to contact and confirm the instructors' availability; at times this process can take up to two weeks. Our priority it to find an instructor that is well suited for your preferences and training needs!
