Are you ready to make some changes? Whether you are looking to lose weight, increase muscle mass, or improve your overall health, you will want a fitness assessment to know your starting point. This option is ideal for those who want to measure their current status in muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and body composition to then advance their health and fitness level.  The assessment is scheduled for 1 hour. You will have the opportunity to discuss goal planning, exercise programming, and next steps with a Certified Personal Trainer.
