Santa Catalina Mountains

The Santa Catalina Mountains, just northeast of Tucson holds wonders full of free camping, hiking trails, and more climbing crags than you could visit in a lifetime! Check below on our favorite spots of the mountain. 

The Meadow on Mt. Lemmon

The "Meadow on Mt. Lemmon" is a free camping spot beloved by many. At one of the highest peaks of the mountain seating at just over 9,000 ft this camping spot gives you beautiful views of Tucson and the entire Santa Catalina Mountain range.  For more info, CLICK HERE

Hutch's Pool

Lemmon Pools

Summit Hikes

Just past the town of Summerhaven is a collection of miles of summit hikes. The road to these hikes are often closed in the late fall-winter months, but can still be accessed with spikes and possibly snowshoes.  For more info, CLICK HERE
