Personal Aquatic Training
Learn how to use the water, besides swimming laps, to increase your fitness level. Together, we will develop a workout regimen that fits your needs and lifestyle.
The workout can include a progressive warm up, plyometric training, deep water running that is fun and can improve your running on land, strength training, and recovery techniques, all in a 30-minute workout. The workout will be customized to you specifically, then emailed out so you have an electric copy for future reference. Bring a a friend or buddy for only $15 more.
