“Hi Everyone! My name is Jen Patterson. I have over 13 years of experience in the fitness field! I hold a B.S in Fitness and Sports Science and my Master’s is in Education. I am an ACSM and AFAA certified personal trainer. I am also a certified Spinning, Kickboxing, and Mat Pilates instructor.  Here at the U of A rec center, I teach Spinning and Group Strength. If you are looking for a fun, energetic class that will burn lots of calories, come to my Spinning classes.  Want to get stronger? Than come take my group strength class designed to help you build strength! Once you try either one of these classes, you will be hooked. I enjoy teaching fitness classes because I like to help people recognize their true potential and reach their fitness goals.
