Renee Wood joined the University of Arizona Campus Recreation team in June 2014 as the Member Services Coordinator. In the fall of 2015 Renee was promoted to her current position of Assistant Director of Facility and Member Services. In her current role, Renee is responsible for the oversight of all aspects of Facility and Member Services, including facility reservations; membership sales, communication and promotions; the RecSpa Massage program; locker reservations; and all program sales and registrations.

Originally from California, Renee completed her undergraduate degree at Wayne State College in Nebraska while competing as a member of the women’s basketball team. After receiving her Bachelor’s Degree, she continued her basketball career by becoming the Assistant Coach for the women’s basketball team at Southeast Missouri State University for 2 years. In pursuit of her Master’s Degree Renee found her passion in Campus Recreation at Southeast Missouri State University where she worked as a Graduate Assistant for Facility Services prior to coming to the University of Arizona.
