Sampoorna Yoga

Integrating elements of Hatha, Bhakti, and Jnana practices, Sampoorna places a strong emphasis on rhythm of the breath and achieving a sense of fullness from within. Participants will harmonize and transform the whole being, physically, emotionally, mentally and intellectually in this calming practice.
