    The Road to Wellness starts January 22. UA Faculty/Staff/Students are invited to track their daily habits and fitness/wellness.
  • No Group Fitness Classes on Jan. 20

    Due to the Rec morning closure for staff training, there will be no Group Fitness classes on Saturday, Jan. 20.
  • NO BAG POLICY RETURNS TO REC in Jan. 2018

    All bags and items must be secured in lockers while in the Rec Center beginning 2018. Your safety is our #1 priority!
