Fitness Training Orientation (CAPS Referred)

This trainer-led fitness training—consisting of 3 to 8 students—is ideal for those interested in learning a variety of methods of fitness, including equipment usage, goals planning, and workout program design. The program is geared toward beginners who may feel intimidated by the gym and who want to gain some comfort to help obtain their wellbeing goals. It is also a good opportunity to connect with other students and build motivation to establish a regular exercise program. Students must be referred by a CAPS professional for enrollment.
