This answer varies based on location. If you want to hold the class at the Recreation Center, you are limitless in terms of options whereas if you wanted to host the class in your location, we could not bring our Cycle Bikes over to you, for instance. The best classes to do off-site include Zumba, Bootcamp, HIIT, Core & More, GRIT, Yoga, Pilates, Kickboxing, Body Attack, WERQ, and Body Combat. We are also happy to offer seminars on the "8 Dimensions of Wellness" or our "Sit Less, Move More" presentation which is ideal for faculty/staff. Invite us to your next staff meeting!
