SouthREC facilities will be open under currently posted operating hours.

The Pool and Pool Deck are currently closed for renovations. The new and improved Pool will reopen late January 2025.

F45 Coach Training

Are you interested in coaching F45 at Campus Recreation? Join us for our in-house training at SouthREC to learn the fundamentals of coaching a successful F45 class. Upon completion and a successful demo, student can be hired as an F45 Coach Trainee or F45 Coach for the Department of Campus Recreation.
