    Our FREE virtual fitness classes will be presented through Zoom.  Pre-registration is required on IMLeagues (see the Step-by-Step IMLeagues Guide to learn how to create a free account and register for online classes).  Upon registering, you will receive an email confirmation.  Then 10 minutes prior to the class start, you will receive an email with the Zoom link.  

    NOTE:  Registration closes 15 minutes before the start of class.

    Campus Rec Water Safety Program

    Please practice and share (with family, friends and neighbors) our recommendations for water safety to help keep children safe around all bodies of water—backyard swimming pools, ponds, rivers, bathtubs, hot tubs, and more.  Together we can all do our part to protect young swimmers from the silent dangers of swimming!  Adapted from Safe Kids Worldwide.

    FREE Course! Water Safety for Parents & Caregivers (American Red Cross)

    This free online course focuses on developing an awareness of the risks of drowning and how to minimize those risks, especially for young children. Learn about the circle of drowning prevention, water competency, and the chain of drowning survival as well as how to apply water safety to common environments and situations where children are most at risk.

    National Recreational Movement

    Continues through August

    To meet the growing needs of over 100 colleges and universities, the national Rec Movement has been extended through August 2020.  Participate with your peers (university students, faculty and staff) in online wellness-based activities and fitness programs created by Rec Centers across the country.  Each school has a landing page to showcase all their online offerings.  A master calendar also provides easy access to live programs.  Members of the Arizona community can set up FREE accounts with their .edu email addresses to:

    • Gain access to an expanded library of online university recreational programs 
    • Join others from across the country in online classes
    • Track fitness progress toward personal goals
    • Build momentum and support for the University of Arizona community
    • Earn recognition and rewards
