Strong Women+ II

This well-being and self-efficacy workshop will expand upon the science behind resistance training and will review the workout program design from Strong Women+. This workshop will give you the chance to further explore the weight room and will help you build confidence in creating your own workout program. It is recommended that individuals participate in Strong Women+ prior to this program, but it is not required.
