Weightlifting Workshop: Clean

This 3-hour weightlifting workshop will teach the form basics of the barbell clean using a progressive and individualized approach. Participants will learn or sharpen their fundamentals of the clean such as starting position, triple extension, and the catch. Learn a new skill or improve on your current form, the workshop is welcoming to all fitness levels!
