A professional martial arts instructor will take you through basic training to help prevent attacks, as well as to defend yourself if the situation arises. These are one-session courses to help you feel more secure in daily situations.

South Rec and Bear Down Rec will close early at 5:00 p.m. due to the home football game.
The pool will close at 4:00 p.m.
North Rec will remain open with normal hours.
