Get ready for the year's "Rock at the REC" bouldering competition, a thrilling event that combines climbing prowess with a lively and welcoming atmosphere for all skill levels of climber and spectator alike. New this year, TWO separate heats so that everyone has plenty of space to compete AND an ONSIGHT FINALS ROUND! Sign up for either heat, regardless of category!
REDPOINT HEAT 1:
- Check-in starting at 11:30 AM
- Climber meeting 12:00-12:15 pm
- Heat from 12:15-2:30 PM.
REDPOINT HEAT 2:
- Check-in starting at 2:00 PM
- Climber meeting 2:30-2:45 pm
- Heat from 2:45-5:00 PM.
ONSIGNT FINALS ROUND
- Top 3 competitors from each gender will qualify
- Isolation check in at 5 PM, format discussed day of
- Finals round starts at 5:30, followed directly with awards for all categories and games!
At "Rock at the REC," climbers of all levels can test their skills on boulder problems while enjoying a spirited crowd and great company. Whether you're a seasoned climber or a novice, there's something for everyone.
If you prefer to watch the action unfold, we invite you to join us for a FREE PIZZA PARTY from the viewing area. Enjoy delicious slices while cheering on your friends and new favorite climbers, and take a chance by participating in our exciting raffle with fantastic prizes up for grabs. Also join us for unique climbing games and prizes during the festivities!!
For students looking to compete, we offer an affordable entry fee of just $20, making it accessible to all.
