What To Expect:
Get ready for a relaxing day on the water surrounded by rolling hills and wide-open skies at Lake Patagonia. This trip is beginner-friendly and focused on fun, balance, and enjoying the scenery at a mellow pace. We’ll start with a quick on-shore lesson covering paddle technique, balance, turning, and water safety before heading out onto the lake.
Expect calm water, plenty of time to practice standing (or kneeling-totally okay!), and opportunities to paddle, float, splash, and take breaks as needed. You’ll be on the water for a few hours, moving at an easy pace with instructors nearby for support and encouragement. No prior paddle boarding experience is required, but participants should be comfortable wearing a personal floatation device (PFD).
Plan for sun, smiles, and a refreshing day outdoors. Water, boards, paddles, and PFDs will be provided—just bring sunscreen, a hat, water, and clothes you don’t mind getting wet.
