CatFit Training utilizes a circuit-style program that is designed to improve muscular strength, power, and endurance. The WODs (workout of the day) include Olympic and compound lifts, plyometrics, supersets, and compound sets to provide a fun and challenging workout with an experienced and certified coach. Coaches individualize and adjust programming based on the exercisers’ experience levels and needs.
This four-week program is scheduled for 1-hour, two times per week, and is a great way to improve your fitness or complement your current training routine! Although this program is challenging, we welcome all fitness levels to participate!
