Welcome to your house.

The University of Arizona’s Campus Recreation (Campus REC) is the place to be for health and well-being. With three locations across campus, open seven days a week from early morning to late at night, Campus REC is everywhere you are.

Take advantage of everything offered: individual and group fitness, sports, aquatics, outdoor adventures and well-being classes.

At Campus REC, you matter. No matter your ability, where you come from or who you are, there's something here for you.

Everyone can participate, as each location meets the ADA's Standards for Accessible Design. You will find accessible strength and cardio equipment, locker rooms, showers, restrooms and aquatic lifts at the pool.

There's so much going on at Campus REC. Invest in yourself and discover all the resources, opportunities and experiences available to you.

Make Campus REC part of your day.

Student Employee of the Month for January

Congratulations Bianca!

Congrats to Bianca for earning Student Employee of the Month sponsored by NOCCO!  Bianca first started her fitness journey in high school with weightlifting classes, but still felt a bit uncomfortable working out in a big, gym setting. After seeing a TikTok about working at Campus REC, she decided to join our team. Working here has allowed her to feel less intimidated and realize nobody at the gym is here to judge you. She loves working in an environment with like-minded individuals who want to help others achieve their goals and see them succeed. She also enjoys being able to make connections and network with patrons and people outside of her major. When she isn’t at the gym, Bianca is an aspiring foodie, who enjoys trying local restaurants and new food trucks! Her favorite food is a Sonoran Hotdog! Thanks for all your hard work and dedication!

Campus REC Improvement Projects

Beginning in mid-December and scheduled to be completed by the end of April, SouthREC will be modernizing its heating and cooling systems.

During this time period, both students and patrons may notice differing room temperatures and noise coming from the removal of the old and installation of the new.

To ensure user experiences, some group fitness classes may have reduced capacity or moved to another room; as an added benefit, additional classes will be scheduled.

Please check with the class that interests you and schedule in advance.
